Stone Masonry is the use of natural stones for walls, columns, and foundations by binding them with cement and mortar. Sandstone and Limestone were traditionally used for stone masonry projects. Till the pre-modern architectural era, stones used for stone masonry projects were bulky and had to be used within areas where the transportation of stones was feasible. The great pyramids in Egypt are the best example of Stone Masonry workmanship.

In the modern architectural era, processing, joining and bonding techniques have improved. Natural stone thin veneer ledger became very popular for use as Stone Masonry to cover walls, pillars, and other offsets. Thin layered sandstone, limestone, quartzite, and schist are cut into random lengths with varying widths and pasted together as a flat panel. These panels are installed as covering for the walls, columns, and other offsets during construction. Corner pieces are also used to create seamless joints at the corners. This gives the effect of large blocks of stone used although it is a thinner layer that is durable and at the same time convenient and viable to transport across continents. Thus, Indian natural stone products can be used anywhere worldwide as pre-paneled stone veneer ledgers.

Castle Ledge Stone
The name Castle Ledge Stone is derived from the use of its patterns in castles. The castle pattern gained popularity during the Baroque and Renaissance Architectural eras. In the Modern and Contemporary Architectural Eras, the castle pattern is replicated in flat panels as well as corners. Users can achieve the old castle look at their project with materials sourced from anywhere globally without having to incur unviable transportation costs. The flat panel dimensions of Castle Ledge are:-
Height: 12.5cm to 30cm (5"- 12")
Length: 10cm to 50cm (4"-20")
Thickness: 2cm to 3cm (3/4" - 1 1/4")

Height: 5.3cm to 8.3cm (2 1/4"- 7 3/4)"
Length: 12.5cm to 45cm (5-18")
